How Does This Work?
The TOPTIA team will be your support team from start to finish. We’ll kick things off with a consultation to get to know you and learn what your aims and ambitions are. This information will help us tailor your headshot photo session specifically for you and your brand!
Next will be putting together everything before our scheduled session.
Then, we have our headshot photo shoot with hair & makeup, guided posing, and branding tips & advice.
Last, we’ll meet again to see your images and you decide the ones you would like to purchase!

My name is Tia Haygood, a Tokyo-based portrait photographer.
I have been a professional photographer in Tokyo for 7 years and I can’t wait to meet you! I am a certified and award-winning photographer who has worked with over 200 international and domestic companies in Japan!
I started my portrait and photographer business because I wanted to create something very special as a gift for people to enjoy. Fun fact, 90% of my clients hate being photographed! The anticipation of seeing this mindset change from start to finish is exhilarating!

A photo session tailored specifically to you for ¥50,000 to participate.
WHAT DOES ¥50,000 INCLUDE:
Each of our headshot clients will receive:
CONSULTATION - To discuss how YOU want to be photographed and to plan the wardrobe & styling.
HAIR & MAKEUP OPTIONS - A professionally trained hair and makeup artist will create an amazing look for your session.
PHOTO SHOOT WITH TIA - We’ll have a wonderful 60-minute session in a safe space where I’ll walk you through poses and expressions.
PHOTO REVEAL - Where you see your images & select your gifted image/order your favorites 2-5 days after your photo shoot.
2 PORTRAITS OF YOUR CHOICE - You will receive two digital images instead of our traditional 1 image offer.
OPTIONS TO PURCHASE MORE - Additional photographs and products are available for purchase. Luxury Packages start at 150,000 yen and a la carte options are available. All images have complimentary print options. Payment plans are also optional!
